Overview
This iconic road trip will take you down the California coast on the windy and beautiful Pacific Coast Highway. Kick off your trip in San Francisco and pick up your RV before heading south. Make your first stop on the coast in Monterey, where you can marvel at the many species at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Continue your drive to Big Sur, home to secluded beaches, giant redwoods, and a laid-back vibe. The road takes you to Morro Bay before you hit Santa Barbara, also known as the “American Riviera”, where you can relax on the beach or stroll through this adorable beach town. Your last stop brings you to Ventura, a surfer town with charming shops and restaurants, and also a great jumping off point for the Channel Islands. Finish your adventure in sunny Los Angeles before returning home.

San Francisco - 1 night
You’ll be welcomed to California by the City by the Bay with the infamous fog and popular destinations like Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Lombard Street and Telegraph Hill.
Monterey - 2 nights
Known best for the Monterey Bay Aquarium, everyone will love marveling at these sea creatures. Take a whale watching tour and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach.
Big Sur - 2 nights
Secluded beaches and unspoiled rock formations line this section of the coast. Explore this peaceful town and find your secret spot on Pfieffer Beach.
Morro Bay - 1 night
A quiet town on the coast, take in the smell of the ocean and relax on the beach.
Santa Barbara - 2 nights
Explore this charming, ritzy, beach town with its Spanish architecture and bouganvillas. Take a walk through the stunning harbor, wander the many shops, and dip your toes in the ocean.
Ventura - 2 nights
Spend the day on the beach or learn to surf. This is a surfing town, after all. Take a ferry to Channel Islands National Park to see a different side of southern California.
End in the City of Angels to return your RV and head home.
