Located within Banff National Park, Lake Louise is a top destination for visitors across the world. It’s quite easily one of the most photographed places, so even if you haven’t heard of it, you’ve probably seen it before! It’s known for its turquoise, glacier-fed waters, ringed by towering peaks. Dotting the shore is the Chateau Lake Louise. During the summer, you can rent a canoe and get out on the water to take in the beauty up close, and you won’t believe the color of the water! For a view from above, there are many trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. In the winter months, a skating rink appears and skiers flock to the nearby resorts.
